Statroll Readme

Statroll is a simple program that makes creating RPG characters much easier.  It was designed for Palladium games (Rifts, TMNT, etc...) but may work with other, similar games.  To save statistics, you must make matrix J 7x7.  The load function loads all saved stats horizontally.
