Program HEX converts and number entered into a HEXIDECIMAL format.
Program BONARY convert any number enterd into a BINARY format.

prgmBINARY

111001000b

Simple... This set of programs work on the ti-83+ only. No other program required. Very fast and efficient execution. Great program for those of you out there looking for good programming.
