1) Introdution-

	I made this program out of a crazy idea and all the spare time I had, though all it's produced is a bunch of menus.  I figure that it's just as good as COS5 (no offense to the maker) because in a sense it's graphic, but barely.  It looks like Windows and has a start menu, but nothing more, you have to use menus to get around, such as is the case in BEST OS.
	

2) Disclaimer and Other Important Information

	When I say "BEST", I don't mean to imply that it's the BEST os out there, that's your opinion to come up with, but it's really the acronym of my so-called "company" (I prefer organazation, though the other members are still learing the ropes) .

DISCLAIMER=On a few of my other programs, my request to not copy my program might have been seen as a threat, I will assure you it is SARCASM.  Some person emailed me saying it was a threat .  I'm not going to hunt you down or anything, just don't copy my program.  If you're really so stupid as to copy my program because you can't make something better, just delete the zip file and don't bother it again, it's really very simple.


3)  Password Info and Password Menu

	Now, the P variable is your password, it's preset to 99.  If you somehow forget your password, simply type ALPHA-P and hit ENTER, and there's your password.  You can change your password by using the menu selection within the BEST OS main screen or by changing the P variable at the home screen.  

	
4) Programs Included and Program Menu

	A variety of programs (games and utilities) are included so you don't have to download them.  

	Under games, here's the list:  

	Solitair-fun, but takes a while to load, written in BASIC rather than Asm.  Select cards with 2nd, flip stack with ALPHA.  

	Minesweeper clone-click with 2nd, ALPHA to flag.  You must flag all the squares to win.  The number at the results screen indicates how many squares (not counting mines) you've uncovered, try to uncover as few as possible.

	Magic 8-ball-generates random answers for your yes or no questions.  Occasionally you'll run into "Chris is cool", don't ask me, i didn't make it, jsut changed it a bit, wouldn't work on my 83+.  Hit clear to quit.

	Utilites, here they are:

	TI Agenda-I made this, keep track of your schoolwork on the calc!  Uses strings, help and readmes built in, makes a great excuse if you're caught with it in class.

	Calendar- I made this too, know what day it is while you're fiddling with your calculator, also makes a good excuse if you get caught with your 83/83+.

	Chat- I made this to go with my agenda program, evolved into simple chat and also agenda transmitting program, pretty much self explanatory, use link cable to talk back and forth silently using strings on the calcs.  Great during algebra class, you can talk to a friend even if they don't have a TI, they can use the school ones, just transmit group BESTOS and ungroup on their calc.  Explanation built-in.


5) Future Versions & Past Versions

	For future versions I plan to figure out whether or not the 83+ has a shutdown command (other than 2nd OFF), such as that used in COS, just a bunch of weird #s and Letters that told the 83 to go to sleep, only for the 83+.  If I cant' find it, I'll just use a "Your calculator is safe to turn off" screen, though it's not necessary.

6) Conclusion

	In conclusion, BEST OS is pretty, well, crummy, you could say, FOR NOW.  Improvements are inevitable, try to speed them up by isolating the errors and lackings of my program and I'll do my best to improve it and correct those errors.
