GETDIGIT Version 2.0 For the TI-83 Plus Documentation

To use: Store the number you want to extract a digit from to N, and the 
position to P.  

Position works like this: 7,654,321 where 7 corresponds to the digit in 
the millions place, 6 to the ten-thousands etc.  You can test numbers up 
to 10 digits long (the TI-83 Plus's integer limit).

The result is stored to D.  N and P are deleted when the program exits.

Version 2.0 New Stuff:

T is no longer used.
The program is now much smaller and faster than before, especially with large numbers.
