Skizz's Quest A Calculator fighting game for the Ti-83+ by Dominic Pezzuto Evil-Max13@juno.com This game has the most Street fighter-esque engine that you have seen so far on a calc. In most (if not all) calc fighters, super moves are merely asigned one button. Ha ha ha...not the case here. Read Below D- Down F-Forward B- Back Punch- Mode Kick-2nd Firepunch- D-F-P You are the "S". "E", "X", and "0" are what symbolize your enemies. Explanation of the timing of a firepunch. Since the game tends to lag a bit in the end stage, there have been 2 ways to throw a firepunch. When the frames are flowing good, you need to press D, then F, then P. You don't have to do it fast, just at....normal speed. When it lags, Hold D for 1 second, then F for on e second, then press punch. Think of it as that the command registers when the screen flashes. The lag isn't too bad though, just tends to mess up the timing. Combo system Since it would be very easy to just walk up to the guy and punch him to death, i have implemented a combo system. When you hit the guy 4 times in a row, it registers as a combo. This will push you back a few steps, and give the enemy some time to recover. This is the first of a few games to be BASED off of this engine, since it's pretty damn good (got to find a way for it to run more smooth...arg!!!!). One game that is already 50% done is called Rival Galaxies, featuring Skizz as well as 2 new faces. Also 3 hidden characters. This is the fourth game I have put out, and I suggest checking out my others! (shameless self-plug). Rival Galaxies, Sim-Farts, and AssRace are all currently on www.ticalc.org! Dominic Pezzuto
