The instructions are in the program itself.  I have added a feature that compensates for the slightly different button arrangements on the TI-83 and the TI-83 plus.  The fifth menu option will switch modes.  The defualt mode for startup is TI-83 plus mode, this can be changed simply by changing the 1 to a 2 in the first line of programming.
