The number in the lower left hand is your HP and the right hand is Vegeta's
HP. Becareful, he can transform and you won't be able to tell. The upper
right hand number is the power level. The upper left hand number is the 
power level. Vegeta can also raise his powerlevel by 1000 instantly. He is
a powerful enemy. The only way to beat him is to powerup and hopefully his
transformation will not last long. He can deal 1000 damage with an energy
attack automatically.
