CRASH COURSE CHEAT version 1.0 ------------------------------------------ created by Nick Michaluk ------------------------------------------ ZIP CONTENTS: CRASHCOURSE.txt-->description of the game itself CRASHCRS.8xp-->83plus version of the game CHEATCOURSE.txt-->this file you are reading now about crash course cheating CHEATCRS.8xp-->the 83plus cheat program for crash course ------------------------------------------ THIS PROGRAM IS COMPATIBLE WITH MIRAGE OS ------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------ Crash Course Cheat is a surprisingly powerful editor for the game Crash Course. It is designed to run on the ti83plus calculator. (it would be very easy to get it working on the ti83, it doesn't use any 83plus specific code. I will include an 83 version in my next update.) This program allows you to edit, receive, or backup your Crash Course high score. When you run it, a simple title screen appears. Press Enter to proceed. On the main menu, you have many options. See below for an explanation. Note that choosing any option will display the current score before prompting you to do anything. PLAY-->runs the game Crash Course if present on your calculator. EDIT SCORE-->allows you to change the score to anything you want. TRANSFER SCORE-->receives the score from another calculator. they must be linked for this to work. The other calculator does not need this cheat program, but must be on the home screen, or any point where it can be controlled. BACKUP SCORE-->saves the score in a new variable for safekeeping. useful if you want to preserve your score before editing or transfer. LOAD BACKUP-->loads a backup of your score if one is present. QUIT-->returns your calculator to the homescreen or shell. ------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------ These contact addresses are not operating as of 10/5/2000, but I hope to have them working within the month. I hope to learn z80 Assembly programming! ------------------------------------------
