Rename Folder Module

To use this module, just send the appropriate file to your calc (with Ion
1.4 or higher installed).  When this module is on your calc, the F
(aka cos) key to rename the folders.  You'll be prompted for the four
folder names at the bottom of the screen.  The Folder module must be on
your calculator befoer you run this module.

-Updated on Jan 04 --- Now displays last three letters of folder name
in lower case.
