Hide Program Module

Shell: Ion 1.4+

To use this module, just send the appropriate file to your calc (with Ion
1.4 or higher installed).  When this module is on your calc, press the H
(aka ^) hide the currently selected program.  Hidden programs are
invisible in both Ion and TIOS.  To unhide all hidden programs, press U
(aka 5).  Due to the inability to edit archived applications directly,
only programs in RAM can be hidden
