 About ZControl Panel

 This program was created for the TI-83 Plus only.
 I don't even know if it will work for the 83.  If
 anyone can tell me whether or not the 83 has system
 flags, please e-mail me:  smartvb6@cs.com

 Now I'll explain the program.  I created it just for
 the fun of it.  It lets you change system flags and
 check to see if your batteries need changing.  It
 also has small applications that can be run inside
 the program.

 Oh, I almost forgot.  You need ION v 1.4 or higher
 for the T-83+ to run ZControl Panel.

 Controls

 The menus are pretty much self explanitory.  The
 menus have numbers beside certain actions.  Press
 the corresponding number to execute that action.
 At all menus, CLEAR will go back one menu or at
 the main menu, it will quit.

 Instructions

 Send the file ZCon.8xp to your TI-83+.  make sure
 you have ION v 1.4 or higher installed.  Run ION
 to install ION and then run prgmA.  You will see a
 list of ION compatible programs on your calculator.
 You should see ZControl Panel 1.0.  Highlight this
 and press ENTER or Y=.

 Monday - March 6, 2000
	----First Revision
	----I added a memory check app
	----I moved the startup screen and put it into
	    an About menu.

 Tuesday - March 7, 2000
	----Version 1.1
	----Added more to the About screens and changed
	    a few of the messages.  Also added "Thanks To"
	    screen.
	----I had a contrast changer in last version but I took
	    it out because it didn't work.  I fixed it and
	    included it in this version.
	----I fixed the Sys Flag: Off/On screen and optimized it
	    a little.
	----Added a Sys Flag: Fast Circles
	----Changed the "QUIT" and "CLEAR" to "Quit" and "Clear"
	    because it's easier to read.
	----I fixed the Sys Flag Menu screen because it scrolled
	    after the last line was drawn to the screen, so I
	    shortened the last string length...
	----I changed the version number in the Title and ION
	    Description.
	----I COMMENTED EVERY SINGLE LINE OF CODE!  This will be very
	    helpful if I release the source.

 Wednesday - March 8, 2000
	----I added the flashing cursor to the Fake Mem Clear app
	    because it looks a lot more realistic now. (COS three
	    times to exit it)
	----Added a Sys Flag: Cursor Off
	----I added a res textinverse so if another program or
	    ZCP set textinverse, the text would be exactly as it
	    should be.
	----On most menus, I got rid of the "Clear: Back" option.
	    It should be pretty obvious anyways.  It's in this
	    document!
