BUILDER.EXE
Program doesn't abort when it comes across a room with no exits, just
gives a warning [cause games to go berzerk]

ENG83.BIN,ENG83P.BIN
Exiting a room up while holding right could trigger an event early.

NAMERPG.EXE
This is a new program which allows the player to change the name of
the program shown in ION from "ARPG Construction Set" [much
requested]. Any title up to 16 characters is supported. You must
re-run MAKE after running this for it to work.
