TicTac is a very simple game. It follows the rules of the game tic-tac-toe.  To place your X or O, you simply use the numbers 1-9, as shown below.  The game is intended to be played by two players on one calculator.  The only requirements to run this program is a TI-83+ calculator, although it is compatible with MirageOS.  You may press CLEAR at any time during the game to exit.  Other than that, it's completely self-explanatory.
